Our church is on property owned by the people through a donation from many years ago.There was a church there at the time. When a methodist pastor some years later became the Pastor it was then called a Methodist Church. Now the Methodist say they own the building and we own the property . The church was built by the people and has been maintained by the people without any help from the Methodist Church. Can they put claim to the church and ask the people to buy it from them ?

It looks like 2009 will be a good year for buying a home. Prices have gone down substantially in the past few years, but San Diego home prices are up now for several months in a row. There is actually very tight inventory, and people are competing for the best deals. Now with the $8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit, the demand for entry-level homes is only going to increase further. Thanks for your post!

It is really hard to predict the future. The current situation is not so promising but situation is changing so fast and it could do better to Realtors.

Homebuyer confidence is being restored with low rates and the words “affordability” and “real estate” being in the same sentence again. I think it is too hard to predict the bottom but I think we are close! Hopefully!

Here’s to a better year. The rage around here is the Forbes mag story ranking North jersey as the 8th weakest market and further predicting a 26% decline in 09.

I think they are full of it as most of the towns are only down 8% to 12% from the peak.

Love the picture you used for the Tri-Cities real estate report.

That is great news. We are kinda in the same boat in Dallas. The market only went down 3% all of last year. They are expect 67% more people in the DFW area in 10 years. So we will always have buyers

That is a nice looking home, I’m sure it will sell quite quickly. Mortgage rates are so low, it’s almost impossible to see any reason why not to be a buyer right now.
