Using an inclusive model, that draws on the insights and contributions of local residents and business owners alike, the Partnership anticipates a shopping and service experience that promotes a sense of ownership.
Kennewick Wa Real Estate’s downtown area is a potential boon for the business person considering the move to this forward-thinking city. The diversified economic base of the downtown business district is anticipated to increase already high economic growth, as well as to preserve and restore historic buildings, and to encourage socio-cultural appreciation.
Both private and public funding and donations have contributed to the efforts of the Partnership. It is expected that the current plan will only add to, and enhance, the $1 million in streetscapes that has already taken place.
