The Community Survey is a part of the National Citizen Survey that is a coordinated activity between the National Research Center (NRC) and the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).

The results of the mail-out survey showed that 25% of residents in Pasco have been lived in the area for over 20 years. Of those who answered the survey, 53% were over the age of 34 years. So, it appears that Pasco Wa Real Estate is a place to raise a family and maintain gainful employment or to take advantage of higher education opportunities. Another 8% of community respondents indicated they are over the age of 64 years; hence Pasco has a diverse inter-generational population.

Employment opportunities are abundant in Pasco Wa Real Estate with 74% of those surveyed indicating that they currently hold a full-time or part-time job. Forty-six percent of the respondents are renting and 54% own their own home, so there is a wealth of opportunities for those interested in property investment.

Forty-seven percent of respondents identify themselves as Spanish, Hispanic- or Latino-American; whilst 56% identified themselves as Anglo-American or Caucasian.  It seems that Pasco Wa Real Estate is a diverse community providing residents with a rich and rewarding community atmosphere.
