Pasco Wa Real Estate ~ Retail is Roaring ~ The Pasco WA Real Estate area has seen a boom in retail sails in the second quarter; in fact there has been a 10.5 % increase across Washington state as a whole (up by $2.5 billion). Compared with figures from the second quarter in 2005, Franklin County is up 3.2% ($239.4 million). In comparison with Benton County which went up just 1%, this is a significant increase. To date, the largest revenue source for the state of Washington is the taxes on retail sales. And construction sales rose 19.8% to $5.3 billion. The boom in the construction industry in Pasco Wa Real Estate area is believed to be the driver behind the increase in sales; although construction appears to be stabilizing another industry is taking up the lead.
