Pasco Wa Real Estate residents have rated the overall quality of life in the Columbian Basin region as ~Excellent~ (14%). The features of the city that rated highly were resident perceptions of new developments in the area; the quality of the air; and the efficient motorways that allowed ease of auto travel. Seventy-seven percent of respondents to a community survey indicated that the rate of population in the area was “fast”.
Perceptions of safety within the Pasco Wa Real Estate community appear to be high, as 53% of persons asked rated safety as being “somewhat” to “very safe”, with regard to violent crime. Of the households responding to a community survey, 88% reported that they had taken part in civic and or socioeconomic activity in the area over the past year. For example, frequenting local parks, or attending meetings for elected officials and other public forums.
There appears to be a high level of trust invested in the local government of the Pasco Wa Real Estate City. On a 100-point scale, the average rating was 59 in regard to assessment of whether a household felt they had been delivered good value for taxes paid by government services. Pasco City ~ a safe and reliable place to live.
